KBS Capital Advisors will invest in opportunistic investments on behalf of KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT. These investments may include, (but are not limited to), a diverse portfolio of real estate-related loans, real estate-related debt securities and other real estate-related investments.
The primary investment focus for KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT is real estate-related loans and real estate-related debt securities. KBS Capital Advisors may also make other real estate-related investments such as direct investments in various types of opportunistic real estate.
KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT is a non-traded REIT with the investment objective of providing an attractive total return, while preserving capital.
