Our Hybrid Investment Strategy

KBS Capital Advisors employs a unique hybrid investment strategy focused on both equity and debt investments. Allocations between core real estate equity investments and structured debt positions are adjusted as market opportunities warrant. KBS implements a total-return approach to allocation, targeting the best risk-adjusted returns offered by each respective investment category.
