Our Hybrid Investment Strategy

KBS Capital Advisors employs a unique hybrid investment strategy focused on both equity and debt investments.   Allocations between core real estate equity investments versus structured debt positions  are adjusted as market opportunities warrant.  KBS implements a total return approach to allocation, targeting the best  risk adjusted returns offered by each respective investment  category.  In addition to providing enhanced returns, this strategy is intended to provide a broader portfolio diversification by property type, geographical region, and investment size.
