The offering period for KBS REIT ended on May 30, 2008. Like KBS REIT, the new offering, KBS REIT II is offered through a network of broker dealers and investment advisors nationwide and designed to give individual investors the ability to invest in a similar type of real estate and structured debt as KBS pension fund and institutional partners.
